Anna Bruno

Associate

Anna is an associate at Paik Deal, where she assists clients in a wide range of matters, particularly in the areas of white collar criminal defense / government investigations, civil litigation, and compliance review and assessment. 

Anna earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2023. She was an Associate Editor of NUSL's Law Review, while also serving as a criminal law research assistant to Professor Deborah Ramirez. Additionally, Anna honed her practical skills as a student attorney in the Prisoners' Rights Clinic, where she passionately advocated for her clients, and the Public Health Advocacy Clinic, where she researched and presented on important public policy issues. 

Anna has also interned at prominent institutions and organizations, including the Washington D.C. Department of Healthcare Finance, Moderna, and BlueCross BlueShield of MA. These experiences equipped her with a well-rounded perspective, combining academic rigor with real-world application in diverse legal settings. 

Anna received a Bachelor of Science degree at Penn State University in 2016. Before entering law school, Anna gained valuable experience in the healthcare field, focusing on research and consulting. Her responsibilities included overseeing clinical trials to ensure patients' adherence and safety to study drug protocols. Anna also played a pivotal role in providing onsite EMR training to nurses and physicians across various regions in the United States. Moreover, she served as a consultant, offering market research expertise to companies such as Merck, Roche, and Zoetis. 

Outside her professional pursuits, Anna finds joy in spending quality time with her family, traveling, and playing volleyball. 

Anna is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
